Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights if you change your mind about your order or if your print arrives damaged, defective or not as described.
Change-of-mind returns
If you purchase a print from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@iainmortimerdesign.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the print to us.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the return address and any relevant instructions.
If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the print to us.
Damaged or defective items
If your print arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide clear photographs showing:
the damage or defect to the print; and
the packaging in which the print arrived, including any visible damage where applicable.
You can report a problem using our Damage & Defect Claim Form or by emailing hello@iainmortimerdesign.co.uk.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. We may not require you to return a damaged or defective print.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your print is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may have additional rights, including the right to a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
